Join TDCX, Inc., a Singapore-headquartered BPO leader, to lead a content moderation team in a dynamic global environment. You will coach, monitor performance, and drive improvements in collaboration with QA and L&D to ensure top-quality outputs.

The role emphasizes leadership, policy understanding, and strong English/Spanish communication in daily moderation operations across diverse clients.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 2 years of content moderation operations experience preferred.
• Experience leading and motivating teams to meet goals and metrics.
• Strong project and resource management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to escalate and clarify policies when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support a team of moderators, including daily performance, productivity, and quality.
• Provide real-time coaching and guidance to support team performance.
• Conduct regular 1:1s with team members.
• Collaborate with QA to understand audit results and drive improvements.
• Assist onboarding of new moderators and coordinate with L&D and Trainers for performance improvement.
• Escalate unclear cases for policy clarification.
• Track team performance against SLAs and KPIs and contribute to reporting.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and resilient team culture.

What is your mission?

• Manage and support a team of moderators, including day-to-day performance, productivity, and quality
• Provide real-time coaching and guidance to support team’s performance when and where it's needed most
• Conduct regular 1:1s
• Partner with QA to understand audit results and develop targeted improvement plans
• Support new moderator onboarding and ongoing performance improvement in collaboration with L&D and Trainers
• Escalate unclear case for policy clarification
• Track team performance against SLAs and KPIs, and contribute to reporting as needed
• Champion a positive, respectful, and resilient team culture, especially when navigating emotionally complex content.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, and Professional Degree in any field.
• Preferably, 2 years of working experience in content moderation operations is required for this position.
• Experience leading, inspiring and motivating others to meet goals and metrics
• Possess project and resource management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent decision making and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
