Job summary

TDCX is hiring to lead and develop a team of content moderators in a dynamic, multinational environment. You will oversee day-to-day performance, quality, and continuous improvement, while providing coaching and mentoring to help team members grow.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in content moderation, strong English and Portuguese communication skills, and proven leadership. The role supports onboarding, policy interpretation, and collaboration with QA and L&D to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in content moderation operations.
• Experience leading, motivating, and guiding teams to meet goals and metrics.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a moderators team, overseeing daily performance, productivity, and quality.
• Provide real-time coaching to boost team performance where needed.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and support development plans.
• Coordinate with QA to interpret audits and drive improvement plans.
• Support onboarding and ongoing improvement with L&D and Trainers.
• Escalate unclear cases for policy clarification.
• Track performance against SLAs and KPIs, and contribute to reporting.
• Champion a positive, respectful, and resilient team culture, especially with emotionally complex content.
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain the QMS.
