Job summary

Airbus Portugal SA in Lisbon is seeking a Travel and Expense Analyst to join our Travel & Expenses team in Lisbon. You will audit travel and expenses, ensure proper documentation, and support end users with bookings and reimbursements.

The role emphasizes compliance with local laws and Airbus policies, with responsibility for corporate card administration and second-level internal control analyses. Strong communication and customer focus are essential.

Responsibilities - your mission

• Perform audits on travel and non-travel related expenses according to local tax laws and legal requirements and in line with company directives

Applicants ideally should have

• SAP experience


• Experience in a customer interface role


• Autonomy, proactiveness and capacity to take initiatives


• Strong commitment to learn, develop, grow and build a career inside T&E


• Business fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
