Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a Specialist Business Analyst for the Engineering & Manufacturing Engineering domain in Lisbon. You will lead KPI dashboard tasks, support subcontracting processes from PO tracking to goods receipt, and drive workforce/workload analytics in collaboration with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, lean management, and Six Sigma approaches within a hybrid office environment at Parque das Nações.

Qualificações

• Educational background in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Autonomy: completes work with limited supervision.
• Solid foundation with Google Workspace and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Dashboard Management & Operations: manage KPI dashboards and liaise with Finance.
• Subcontracting Coordination: track POs and monitor goods receipt; alert on risks.
• Workforce & Workload Management: maintain workload dashboards and update resources.
• R&O Identification: identify risks and opportunities with concrete insights.
• Collaborative Alignment: support solutions with business management teams.
• Local Team Mandate: contribute to Airbus Portugal Local Team and standardize processes.

As a fully proficient professional, you will complete complex tasks with limited supervision, leading project components, and acting as an informal resource and mentor for less experienced colleagues within the team.Responsibilities - your mission:* Dashboard Management & Operations: Support the Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering functions by executing defined task updates while progressively scaling to autonomously manage KPI dashboards, evaluate intermediate delivery plans, and establish a strong operational liaison with Finance data and stakeholders.* Subcontracting Coordination: Support and eventually own the subcontracting management process from PO tracking to goods receipt, proactively anticipating and alerting stakeholders to risks related to late deliveries. Coordinate and drive PRM (Supplier Performance Review) milestones alongside SCMs in core countries.* Workforce & Workload Management: Assist and progressively run workforce management by maintaining structured workload and workforce dashboards across domains and programmes, and executing resource updates, whilst maintaining close alignment with concerned stakeholders.* R&O Identification: Actively identify complex business risks and opportunities beyond formal data status, structuring concrete insights to present to internal customers.* Collaborative Alignment: Perform all activities under the direct guidance of the business management teams. Support the development of solutions to complex problems of a recurring nature, acting as a trusted operational interface with remote international stakeholders.* Local Team Mandate: Take an active and driving role in local initiatives to develop the mission and purpose of the Local Team (Airbus Portugal). Contribute significantly to the centralization of business management activities, lead efforts to standardize processes across all internal customers, and champion the optimization of ways of working by actively applying lean management and Six Sigma methodologies.**Requirements** Our ideal candidate will have:* Background: Educational background in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, or a demonstrated equivalent track record in business analysis, data management, or operational tracking.* Experience: Early-career experience to full professional proficiency gained through job-related training and/or considerable work experience in basic to advanced business analysis, data management, or financial control.* Autonomy: Completes work with a limited degree of supervision;* Technical Skills: Solid foundational mastery of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Looker Studio) and Microsoft Excel.* Languages: Fluent English is a must.
