Hexa Group is seeking a Marketing Traffic Management Officer (French speaker) to shape and execute paid acquisition strategies across multiple channels. You will work with marketing and analytics to optimize campaigns, ensure tracking, and drive traffic and conversions.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in paid campaigns, strong knowledge of Google Ads and analytics tools, and fluency in English and French.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience managing paid acquisition campaigns.
• Based in Portugal.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize paid acquisition strategies across channels (Google Ads, social, display, affiliates).
• Set up and manage campaigns with proper tracking across Google/Microsoft Ads.
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics; deliver insights and reports.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to align campaigns with strategy.
• Experiment with ad formats, targeting options, and messaging to find the best approach.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices; propose new tools and techniques.
