Natixis in Portugal is seeking a Traffic Management Officer (French Speaker) to develop and optimize paid acquisition campaigns. You will manage Google Ads accounts, ensure accurate tracking with GA4 and GTM, and perform keyword and competitor analyses to drive traffic and qualified leads.

The role requires 1–3 years of hands-on campaign management, proficiency in analytics tools, and fluency in French and English (C1).

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 1–3 years of paid acquisition campaign experience with Google Ads.
• Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and ideally Adobe Analytics.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM is a plus.
• Fluent French and English (C1 level).

As a Traffic Management Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of our paid acquisition strategy.

You will collaborate with a diverse team of experts, contributing to the growth of our acquisition channels while enhancing your professional skills.

Main tasks and goals:

• Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize traffic, qualified leads, and conversions.
• Set up and manage campaigns: configuration and advanced tracking validation (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads conversion tracking).
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign
• improvement and growth.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive
• execution of marketing strategies.
• Test and experiment with different ad formats, targeting options, and messaging strategies to continuously
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid acquisition and digital marketing;

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 1–3 years of proven experience managing paid acquisition campaigns, with a strong, hands‑on track record of managing Google Ads accounts. Additional experience with other digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads etc.).
• Strong proficiency with analytics and tracking tools: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and ideally Adobe Analytics.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex performance data.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
• Fluent Level of French and English (at least C1 level).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices in paid acquisition.
• Proficiency in budget management and performance forecasting.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
