Natixis in Portugal seeks a Traffic Management Officer (French Speaker) to develop and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, GA4, and GTM, driving traffic, leads and conversions.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid work setting, requiring 1–3 years of paid media experience, fluency in French and English, and strong analytical skills to forecast performance and allocate budgets efficiently. A Marketing/Business degree is required; Master’s is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience managing paid acquisition campaigns with Google Ads.
• Strong proficiency with GA4, GTM, and analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Set up tracking with Google Tag Manager and GA4; validate conversions.
• Analyze keyword opportunities and competitive performance to drive growth.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable optimization insights.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams for cohesive execution.
• Test different ad formats and targeting to improve results.
