Natixis in Portugal is seeking a Traffic Management Officer (French Speaker) to develop and optimize paid acquisition campaigns. You will manage Google Ads accounts, ensure accurate tracking with GA4 and GTM, and perform keyword and competitor analyses to drive traffic and qualified leads.

The role requires 1–3 years of hands-on campaign management, proficiency in analytics tools, and fluency in French and English (C1).

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 1–3 years of paid acquisition campaign experience with Google Ads.
• Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and ideally Adobe Analytics.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM is a plus.
• Fluent French and English (C1 level).

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize traffic and conversions.
• Set up campaigns with tracking via GTM, GA4, and Google Ads conversions.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and growth.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and deliver regular reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies.
• Test and experiment with different ad formats, targeting options, and messaging strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid acquisition and digital marketing.
