Hexa People is seeking a Marketing Traffic Management Specialist to shape and execute paid acquisition strategies across Google Ads, social, display, and affiliate networks. You will set up campaigns, validate tracking, and collaborate with analytics and creative teams to optimize traffic and conversions.

You will conduct keyword research, run A/B tests, monitor performance, and leverage marketing automation and CRM tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field; Masters preferred.
• 2–3 years of paid acquisition campaign management with proven success.
• Based in Portugal and fluent in English; French is mandatory.

• Develop and optimize paid acquisition strategies across channels.
• Set up and manage campaigns with proper tracking validation.
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to find growth opportunities.
