HN Services Portugal is seeking a Trade Documentation Analyst to join an international team ensuring accurate risk documentation across multiple regions. The role involves drafting ISDA-based legal confirmations for swaps, forwards, options and hybrids, and coordinating with Front Office, Legal and Compliance to meet tight deadlines.

Qualificações

• Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for swaps, forwards, options and hybrid strategies.
• Review trade bookings, risk positions and term sheets for accuracy before documentation is sent to clients.
• Monitor and meet regulatory deadlines and timelines.
• Notify clients of post-trade events.
• Identify, control, report and follow up on operational issues until resolution.
• Work closely with Front Office Trading, Sales, Strategists, Legal, Compliance, Credit, IT and Operations.
• Maintain relationships with international stakeholders across London, Paris, Montreal, Singapore and other global locations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of financial instruments, including derivatives.
• Good understanding of financial markets and market practices.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
