Axians Portugal is seeking a Documentation Drafting & Matching Analyst to join an international financial services project. You will ensure the accuracy, consistency and integrity of transaction documentation and records, collaborating with Front office, Legal, Compliance, IT and Operations across regions.

The role values strong analytical skills, knowledge of financial markets and derivatives, and fluent English.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in financial operations, documentation, trade support, middle office, or similar functions
• Good understanding of financial instruments and financial market activities
• Knowledge of derivatives products, including swaps, forwards, and options
• Experience working with transaction documentation and reconciliation processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluency in English

Responsabilidades

• Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for all products including Swaps, Forwards, Options and Hybrid Strategies
• Trade review of risk booking and term sheets to ensure that they are in line prior to sending the documentation to clients
• Meet regulators timelines targets
• Maintain effective working relationships with Front office Trading and Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT and other Operational areas across regions
• Solve discrepancies on incoming confirmations and manage litigations or affirmations requests from clients
