HN Services Portugal is seeking a Trade Documentation Analyst to join an international team responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the risk undertaken by the business lines. The role involves drafting legal confirmations and reviewing trade documents with close collaboration across multiple departments.

You will monitor regulatory deadlines, coordinate post-trade events, and work with Front Office Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Credit, IT and Operations teams in a hybrid

Responsabilidades

• Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for swaps, forwards, options and hybrid strategies.
• Review trade bookings, risk positions and term sheets for consistency and accuracy before documentation is sent to clients.
• Monitor and meet regulatory deadlines and timelines.
• Notify clients of relevant post-trade events.
• Identify, control, report and follow up on operational issues until resolution.
• Work closely with Front Office Trading, Sales, Strategists, Legal, Compliance, Credit, IT and Operations teams.
• Maintain effective relationships with international stakeholders across London, Paris, Montreal, Singapore and other global locations.
