Responsabilidades

• Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for swaps, forwards, options and hybrid strategies.
• Review trade bookings, risk positions and term sheets for consistency and accuracy before documentation is sent to clients.
• Monitor and meet regulatory deadlines and timelines.
• Notify clients of relevant post-trade events.
• Identify, control, report and follow up on operational issues until resolution.
• Work closely with Front Office Trading, Sales, Strategists, Legal, Compliance, Credit, IT and Operations teams.
• Maintain effective relationships with international stakeholders across London, Paris, Montreal, Singapore and other global locations.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Trade Documentation Analyst to join an international team responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the risk undertaken by the business lines. The team plays a critical control role in reconciling trade bookings with confirmations and term sheets, as well as managing post-trade events and ensuring that all issues are identified, controlled, reported and resolved in collaboration with Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Credit, IT and other stakeholders.

Professional Experience & Main Tasks

• Draft legal confirmations based on ISDA definitions for a wide range of financial products, including Swaps, Forwards, Options and Hybrid Strategies.
• Review trade bookings, risk positions and term sheets to ensure consistency and accuracy before documentation is sent to clients.
• Monitor and meet regulatory deadlines and timelines.
• Notify clients of relevant post-trade events.
• Identify, control, report and follow up on operational issues until resolution.
• Work closely with Front Office Trading, Sales, Strategists, Legal, Compliance, Credit, IT and Operations teams.
