PrimeIT is seeking a Documentation/Financial Analyst to join our Lisbon-based hybrid team. You will draft and review legal confirmations, review trades, ensure regulatory deadlines, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate across Front Office, Legal, Compliance, IT and Operations.

English and French language skills are required, and you will work with teams globally in an international project environment.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Understanding of financial instruments and markets is preferred.
• Ability to review and interpret legal confirmations and trade documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and review legal confirmations.
• Review trades (risk booking, term sheets) prior to client documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines and timelines.
• Resolve confirmation discrepancies and manage client affirmation or litigation requests.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Front Office, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Operations teams globally.
