HN Services Portugal is seeking a Documentation Matching Analyst to join our international financial markets operations team in Lisbon. You will review Front Office bookings, verify and match legal confirmations, and monitor workflows to ensure timely processing of confirmations.

In this fast-paced role, you will liaise with clients and various internal teams to resolve discrepancies, support risk management, and contribute to continuous process improvements and archival controls.

Qualificações

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Interest in financial markets and operational processes.
• Previous banking operations, confirmations, settlements, or middle office experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review Front Office bookings to ensure trades are accurately captured in internal systems.
• Verify and match legal confirmations (electronic and physical) in accordance with ISDA standards and approved templates.
• Monitor workflows and ensure timely processing and matching of confirmations.
• Identify and resolve financial and legal discrepancies on incoming documentation.
• Liaise daily with clients to resolve exceptions and ensure accurate trade confirmation.
• Maintain strong relationships with Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Operations teams globally.
• Support risk management initiatives and continuous process improvements, including STP optimization.
• Ensure proper archival and control of documentation processes.

Schedule: US Shift – 13:30 to 22:30 Lisbon time

Professional Experience & Main Tasks

• Review Front Office bookings to ensure all trades are accurately captured in internal systems
• Verify and match legal confirmations (electronic and physical) in accordance with ISDA standards and approved templates
• Monitor workflows and ensure timely processing and matching of confirmations
• Identify and resolve financial and legal discrepancies on incoming documentation
• Liaise daily with clients to resolve exceptions and ensure accurate trade confirmation
• Maintain strong relationships with Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Operations teams globally
• Support risk management initiatives and continuous process improvements, including STP optimization
• Ensure proper archival and control of documentation processes
