You will draft legal confirmations, handle discrepancies, and collaborate with various teams. Candidates should possess a relevant academic background and 2+ years in finance, alongside fluency in English and strong Excel skills. This role offers a hybrid work model.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in Banking & Financial Operations or other relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and validate legal confirmations for financial instruments.
• Review trade bookings and term sheets to ensure alignment.
• Handle post-trade notifications and resolve discrepancies.
• Act as the escalation point for documentation queries.
• Monitor workflows to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead daily team meetings and analyze KPIs.
• Support and train team members, coordinating operations as needed.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Front Office teams.

As a Documentation Analyst, you’ll ensure the accuracy of complex financial documentation across global markets, supporting trading desks and driving operational excellence. You’ll be the go-to expert for drafting, matching, and managing post-trade events across a wide range of products, from commodities to equities.

Location: Lisbon

Main Responsibilities

• Draft and validate legal confirmations for Swaps, Options, Forwards, and hybrid strategies using ISDA standards.
• Review trade bookings and term sheets to ensure alignment before dispatching documentation.
• Handle post-trade notifications (exercises, restructures, terminations) and resolve discrepancies.
• Act as the escalation point for documentation queries and client requests.
• Monitor workflows and ensure regulatory timelines are met.
• Lead daily team meetings, analyze KPIs, and drive issue resolution.
• Support and train team members, coordinate operations in supervisor absence.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Front Office teams across global hubs.

Profile

• Academic Background in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
• +2 years of experience in Banking & Financial Operations or other relevant experience.
• Fluent English and strong command of Microsoft Excel.
• Critical thinking.
• Organization & knowledge sharing.

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days in the office in LISBON per week)
