Maneuver Marketing is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist (AppLovin) to lead the creative strategy for a growing DTC supplements brand. You’ll own testing, learnings, and scale across multiple SKUs, shaping how we test and optimize paid creative to drive profitable growth.

You’ll collaborate with Growth and Creative teams, develop a channel-wide playbook, and translate insights into repeatable systems.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in DTC performance creative, creative strategy, or growth-focused advertising.
• Strong experience developing ad concepts for paid acquisition channels.
• Deep familiarity with creative testing methodologies and hypotheses.

Responsabilidades

• Build the AppLovin Creative Playbook for channel growth.
• Conduct in-depth performance creative research and translate insights into tests.
• Execute a strategic testing process across concepts, hooks, and formats.
• Influence media buying decisions with creative performance insights.
• Create direct response concepts that drive acquisition and improve efficiency.
• Work across multiple SKUs and offers applying learnings broadly.
• Optimize conversion levers through creative strategy and messaging.
