Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a performance media buyer to drive growth for DTC and ecommerce brands. You will own paid media strategy across Meta and TikTok, build testing roadmaps, and guide creative strategy while communicating with clients.

Formación

• Hands-on experience scaling ecommerce brands.
• Proven ability to manage large ad spend with measurable ROAS.
• Shopify store experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients across Meta and TikTok.
• Build creative testing roadmaps and briefs for editors.
• Manage ad budgets from $30k/mo to $1m/mo per client.
• Diagnose the full funnel to identify creative, offer, or conversion issues.
• Communicate results, plans, and next steps with clients.
• Collaborate with UGC creators and guide content as needed.
