The role requires deep knowledge of the biopharma landscape, leading a virtual team, and strong English skills. Oncology experience and CRO background are valued.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences with global clinical research experience (director level).
• Hands-on operational delivery and/or drug development experience in Oncology.
• Must have prior CRO industry experience.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations and other functions to develop tailor-made project strategies.
• Provide guidance to ensure proposals differentiate IQVIA and support business growth.
• Develop long-term implementation strategies aligned with market trends.
• Champion project-centric delivery and enable the project team to execute strategy.
• Guide Project Leader in presenting strategy to client and stakeholders.
• Support sales in customer and bid defense meetings and team training.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions; manage budgets for gross new business.
