IQVIA is seeking a Therapeutic Strategy Lead in Portugal to develop and implement tailored delivery strategies across the RFP/Bid Defense cycle. You will bridge Sales, Medical, and Operations to secure compelling proposals and drive growth.

You will guide cross-functional teams, monitor market trends, and mentor project leaders to present strategies to clients and stakeholders. A CRO background is essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Deep knowledge of scientific, clinical operations, real world, regulatory, operational, commercial and competitive landscape.
• Experience in biopharma, drug development lifecycle and clinical trial delivery.
• CRO industry experience is required.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations to develop tailor-made strategies that differentiate IQVIA in proposals.
• Scan landscape to develop long term implementation strategies maximizing value.
• Understand current and future market trends impacting delivery strategies.
• Champion project centricity and guide delivery teams to implement sold strategies.
• Balance external research with IQVIA data to build project strategy.
• Coach Project Leader to present strategy to client and stakeholders.
• Support Sales in bid defense meetings and training, and attend customer meetings as needed.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions and escalation.
• Ensure project budgets meet financial goals including Gross New Business.
