EcoFarm Solutions in Faro, Portugal is seeking a skilled Executive Chef for a temporary assignment to oversee culinary operations and ensure highest quality across all dishes. The role requires fast-paced efficiency and strong leadership.

You will direct food preparation, develop seasonal menus, manage kitchen staff, uphold food safety, monitor inventory, and work with management on budgets and goals. Accommodation is provided for the contract duration.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent time management skills under pressure.
• Ability to create innovative dishes while maintaining high quality standards.
• Food safety certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
• Create and develop new menu items based on seasonal ingredients
• Oversee kitchen staff including hiring, training and scheduling
• Ensure that all food safety standards are met at all times
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed
• Collaborate with management to create budgets and meet financial goals
