EcoFarm Solutions in Faro, Portugal is seeking a skilled Executive Chef for a temporary assignment to oversee culinary operations and ensure highest quality across all dishes. The role requires fast-paced efficiency and strong leadership.

You will direct food preparation, develop seasonal menus, manage kitchen staff, uphold food safety, monitor inventory, and work with management on budgets and goals. Accommodation is provided for the contract duration.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent time management skills under pressure.
• Ability to create innovative dishes while maintaining high quality standards.
• Food safety certification is preferred.

A well-established restaurant in Faro is seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a temporary basis. As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality. This position requires someone who is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and has strong leadership skills.

Salary and Benefits

• We offer a salary of 1300$ per month for this temporary position
