JobCenter in Porto, Portugal is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for a seasonal property. You will create menus meeting high quality standards and supervise a team of sous chefs and line cooks.

The role requires strong leadership, creativity in menu development, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen. Accommodation is provided during the seasonal period, with a competitive salary.

Competenze

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
Strong knowledge of various cuisines including traditional Portuguese dishes.
