ExecuStaff Kuwait is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for a seasonal restaurant in Faro, Portugal. You will oversee all kitchen operations and ensure high-quality, innovative dishes for guests.

Responsibilities include creating menus with local, seasonal ingredients, training and supervising staff, managing inventory and costs, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen while collaborating with front-of-house to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent leadership and ability to train kitchen staff.
• Strong understanding of food cost control and budgeting.
