Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and present tailored product offers to customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about products and subscriptions.
  • Understand customer needs and close sales effectively.
  • Maintain and build strong customer relationships.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets.

Your Profile:

  • Native or near-native Italian speaker with B2 proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to present products confidently over the phone.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to handle rejection.
  • Results-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in sales or telesales is a plus.
  • EU member state passport OR a valid residence card for Portugal

Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break).
  • Rotational shifts: Monday to Friday (07:00 - 19:00), Saturday (08:00 - 17:00).
