We are looking for dynamic and motivated Italian-speaking individuals to join our client's customer service team in Portugal. Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage leads by contacting existing B2B customers daily and identifying sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the marketing industry.
• Act as a consultant for clients' online advertising strategies.
• Understand clients' business goals and align them with tailored advertising solutions.
• Provide campaign support and advertiser training.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and optimizing campaign performance.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.

Requirements:

• Native-level Italian and fluent English (training is conducted in English).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Passion for digital marketing and online advertising.
• EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal (a MUST).

Working Conditions:

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.
• Portuguese public holidays apply.
• Vacation entitlement up to 22 days per calendar year.
• Holiday and Christmas bonuses paid monthly.

Training:

• 4 weeks of classroom training + 1 week practical training.
• Comprehensive product and customer management training.
• Training compensation provided.
• Initial 60-day temporary contract.
• Permanent contract after 2 years.
