Concentrix Portugal, Lisbon (On-Site), is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure performance goals across operations and meet client expectations for quality and customer journey improvements.

Role focuses on inbound support, pre-sales inquiries, and technical assistance across channels. Training will be provided, with career growth opportunities and a central Lisbon location.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish (written and oral) and English (B2).
• Strong writing and verbal communication to simplify technical language.
• Demonstrates patience when communicating and solving issues.
• Keeps up with IT and tech trends.
• Proactive, self-motivated and a great team player.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information.
• Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels.
• Respond appropriately or escalate to higher tiers of support as defined.
• Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets.

What you will do in this role

• Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information
• Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned)
• Respond appropriately or escape customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented
• Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets

Your qualifications

• Have a high level of Spanish (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
• Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users
• Demonstrate patience when communicating and solving issues
• Keep up with the latest IT and tech-related trends
• Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
