Your Mission

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing efficient technical support and troubleshooting industrial systems, mainly in the areas of electrical systems, PLCs and industrial automation software.

Your focus will be on analysing, diagnosing and resolving technical issues remotely, as well as coordinating interventions when necessary. You will also play an active role in the continuous improvement of systems, helping prevent failures through data analysis and the implementation of technical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve electrical and software-related issues in industrial automation systems
• Provide remote technical support for industrial automation systems, PLCs, machinery and production lines

What We Are Looking For

• Technical education in Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field (Level 4 or higher)
• Experience in electrical and/or industrial software troubleshooting, preferably involving machinery
• Knowledge of PLCs (mandatory), TIA Portal, SCADA and HMI systems
• Ability to read and interpret PLC logic and diagnose technical faults
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally and provide support in a rotational/24-7 schedule when applicable
• A proactive mindset and a strong interest in industrial environments and automation
