Qualifications
- Experience in electrical and/or industrial software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of PLCs (mandatory), TIA Portal, SCADA and HMI systems.
- Ability to read and interpret PLC logic and diagnose faults.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving and good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and software issues in industrial automation systems.
- Provide remote technical support for automation systems, PLCs, machinery and production lines.
- Analyze and prioritise support tickets in an industrial environment.
- Collaborate with software engineering and field service teams.
- Optimize processes and prevent recurring failures in industrial machinery.
- Document interventions in the ERP system.
- Communicate with customers and international technical teams.
- Support commissioning activities and on-site interventions when required.
