Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced IT Operations professional to lead the Application Support team and ensure the health of OPEN environments. You will own production stability, oversee batch processing, and coordinate cross-functional delivery across Windows and Linux.

The role requires leadership, strong scripting, and hands-on experience with Tomcat/Apache/JBoss, Control-M, AWS, and ITSM. Hybrid work model offered and a commitment to quality and ethics.

Qualificações

• +5 years of experience with IT Operations/Production, focused on Application Support or Technical Lead roles.
• Advanced administration skills in Windows and Linux, plus Shell/Bash scripting.
• Strong expertise with Tomcat, Apache, JBoss (WildFly) and JBoss Standalone.
• Extensive knowledge of batch management with Control-M and file transfers via CFT/Connect Express.
• Experience with AWS, monitoring (Dynatrace) and ITSM (ServiceNow) following ITIL v4.
• Demonstrated technical leadership: coordination, mentoring and stakeholder communication.
• Mandatory English (B1) and French (B1/B2) for daily operations.

• Oversee batch processes using Control-M; monitor execution and address incidents.
• Manage daily operations across Windows and Linux; oversee file transfers via CFT/Connect Express.
• Provide strong technical support to development and application teams during deployments.
• Drive adoption of DevOps practices focusing on observability, automation, and security.

What will you do?

• Lead and coordinate technical activities for the Application Support team, ensuring the operational health of OPEN environments.
• Guarantee the availability, stability, and performance of production solutions, including MCO, vulnerability management, and N2 support.
• Oversee and manage batch processes using Control-M, monitoring execution, analyzing incidents, and addressing SLA deviations.
• Manage daily operations across Windows and Linux environments and control file transfers via CFT/Connect Express.
• Provide strong technical support to development and application teams, participating in production implementations and optimizing processes.
• Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices, focusing on observability, automation, security, and continuous improvement.
