Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced IT professional to manage Tier 2/3 application support tickets in a hybrid work setup. You will analyze SQL data, perform data corrections, and clearly communicate with French-speaking clients while collaborating with the development team to escalate fixes.

What will you do?

• Handle, analyze, and resolve Tier 2/3 application support tickets submitted by users.
• Perform SQL investigations, writing and executing complex SELECT queries to identify data issues or validate application behavior.
• Execute basic data adjustments and corrections in the database using simple scripts or queries.
• Communicate clearly with French-speaking clients, explaining the root cause of issues and providing progress updates.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to escalate well-documented bugs that require code fixes.
• Create and maintain troubleshooting guides and documentation in our internal knowledge base.

What are we looking for?

• Over 9 years of experience in an IT technical support, application support, or data-oriented customer support role.
• Solid experience with SQL, including a strong command of SELECT queries, filters, and JOIN statements.
