A Aubay Portugal está a recrutar para a função de especialista em Transferência de Ficheiros e Intercâmbio de Dados. Irá gerir o Axway CFT e Axway SecureTransport, assegurando a movimentação segura de dados e a comunicação com administradores externos.

Requisitos: mínimo de 3 anos com Axway, conhecimento em Linux/Windows, SFTP/FTPS/HTTPS e inglês fluente. Oferta de modelo de trabalho híbrido e oportunidades de desenvolvimento profissional.

Qualificações

• Experiência comprovada de pelo menos 3 anos com software Axway (Axway CFT e/ou Axway SecureTransport).
• Capacidade de gerir serviços em Linux ou Windows Servers (parar, iniciar, implementar, depurar).
• Conhecimentos sólidos de protocolos de transferência (SFTP, FTPS e HTTPS) e de redes (TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancers).
• Inglês escrito e falado obrigatório para comunicação com administradores globais externos.
• Formação técnica em Ciências da Computação, Tecnologia da Informação ou área relacionada.
• Fortes skills de organização e precisão no manuseio de dados sensíveis.

Responsabilidades

• Gerir todos os aspetos de transferência de ficheiros e de trocas de dados, assegurando a movimentação segura e precisa de dados sensíveis.
• Recolher requisitos técnicos para novos setups de transferência de ficheiros e fluxos de troca de dados.
• Conduzir e coordenar testes rigorosos nas configurações implementadas para garantir entrega sem erros, mantendo documentação abrangente.
• Fornecer suporte de nível 3 para questões de transferência de ficheiros, analisando falhas e implementando workarounds.
• Gerir e manter as suítes Axway (CFT e SecureTransport) para assegurar alta disponibilidade.
• Interfacing com administradores de sistemas externos em inglês para resolução de problemas de conectividade.

What will you do?

Manage all aspects of File Transfer and Data Exchanges, ensuring the secure and precise movement of sensitive data within the Milan department.

Gather technical requirements for new file transfer setups and data exchange flows, participating in the change request process for connectivity updates.

Carry out and coordinate rigorous testing on implemented configurations to ensure zero-error delivery, maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Provide level 3 support for file transfer issues, analyzing failures in data exchange and implementing immediate workarounds to minimize business impact.

Manage and maintain Axway software suites (specifically Axway CFT and Axway SecureTransport) to ensure high availability.

Interface directly with external system administrators in English to troubleshoot connectivity and handshake issues.

What are we looking for? At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

Proven experience of at least 3 years with Axway software (Axway CFT and/or Axway SecureTransport).

Capability to manage services running on Linux or Windows Servers (stop, start, deploy, debug).

Solid technical knowledge of transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS and HTTPS) and network basics (TCP/IP, Firewalls, Load Balancers).

Mandatory proficiency in written and spoken English for effective communication with external global administrators.

A Technical Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills and extreme precision, specifically regarding the handling of sensitive data.
