What will you do?

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve robust backend services and integrations for business-critical applications.
• Design and implement scalable software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architectures.
• Collaborate with architectural leads to ensure adherence to security requirements and development standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality, performance optimization, and technical improvements.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance software quality, efficiency, and developer productivity.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automated testing, and agile ceremonies.

What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

• Proven professional experience of at least 6 years in Java backend development, specifically with Spring Boot.
• Solid expertise in designing and implementing REST APIs, microservices, and backend integrations.
• Experience with messaging technologies (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted development tools and agile methodologies.
• Fluent English and Portuguese language skills, both written and spoken.
