Aubay Portugal is seeking a seasoned Systems Administrator to ensure availability and reliability of critical IT environments in Lisbon. You will manage L1/L2 incidents, perform diagnosis, and coordinate with teams.

The role emphasizes automation with Ansible and Terraform, monitoring with ELK/Grafana, and working in a hybrid Lisbon office. French language skills (B2+) are valued and you will collaborate with diverse partners.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Systems Administrator or Integration and Production Engineer.
• Strong Linux (RHEL) administration skills and solid virtualization and monitoring knowledge.
• Experience with automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code.

Responsabilidades

What will you do?

• Ensure the availability, supervision, and correct functioning of information systems, production environments, and infrastructures.
• Manage incidents and service requests (L1/L2), performing diagnosis, resolution, and escalation of problems.
• Implement and maintain technical environments, overseeing changes following ITIL processes.
• Proactively monitor operational environments, creating dashboards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Automate and industrialize processes, supporting infrastructure, systems, and middleware projects.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external providers, and outsourcing partners in a multicultural context.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Systems Administrator or Integration and Production Engineer, with strong expertise in Linux (RHEL) administration.
• Solid technical background including VMware, Apache HTTPD, Tomcat, and monitoring tools such as Nagios/Centreon, complemented by ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and Grafana.
• Proficiency in automation with Ansible and Terraform, alongside scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA) and CMDB (GLPI), coupled with knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Valuable experience with Windows Server, IIS, PHP, and in SaaS environments with a focus on DevOps and middleware operations.
• Excellent communication in French (B2+).
