Responsibilities

• Provide technical and commercial support to an assigned customer portfolio.
• Follow up with customers regarding equipment repairs and spare parts sales.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals for parts and services.
• Strengthen and develop after-sales and commercial customer relationships.
• Maintain and update customer equipment fleet records.
• Enter and update customer and proposal information in the CRM system.
• Prepare proposals in line with ongoing campaigns and promotions.
• Identify and request all materials required for project execution.
