A Tesya Group procura um Engine Product Support Sales Representative para atuar na região do Porto, respondendo às necessidades técnicas e comerciais de uma carteira de clientes. O papel envolve suporte de peças e serviços, promovendo soluções para equipamentos Caterpillar e fortalecendo relações com clientes, com foco na satisfação e resultados.

O candidato ideal tem formação relevante, conhecimento de sistemas mecânicos/e elétricos, inglês fluente e carta de condução válida.

Qualifications

• Ensino médio completo ou equivalente.
• Conhecimento de sistemas mecânicos e elétricos (preferencial).
• Inglês falado e escrito.
• Carteira de motorista válida.
• Conhecimento de SAP (preferencial).

Responsibilities

• Fornecer suporte técnico e comercial a uma carteira de clientes.
• Acompanhar reparos de equipamentos e vendas de peças sobressalentes.
• Preparar e apresentar propostas comerciais de peças e serviços.
• Fortalecer relacionamentos com clientes e o serviço pós-venda.
• Manter registos de frota de clientes e atualizar no CRM.
• Preparar propostas alinhadas com campanhas em vigor.
• Identificar e solicitar materiais necessários para a execução de projetos.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide technical and commercial support to an assigned customer portfolio;
• Follow up with customers regarding equipment repairs and spare parts sales;
• Prepare and present commercial proposals for parts and services;
• Strengthen and develop after-sales and commercial customer relationships;
• Maintain and update customer equipment fleet records;
• Enter and update customer and proposal information in the CRM system;
• Prepare proposals in line with ongoing campaigns and promotions;
• Identify and request all materials required for project execution.

Requirements

• High school diploma (12th grade) or equivalent qualification;
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems (preferred);
• English language skills, both spoken and written;
• SAP knowledge (preferred);
• Valid driving licence.
