Job summary

STET – Sociedade Técnica de Equipamentos e Tractores, SA in Beja, Portugal, is seeking a Branch Sales and After-Sales Manager to coordinate our Sales and After-Sales Service teams and achieve commercial and operational targets while delivering high-quality service to customers.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in engineering or industrial management, at least 3 years in leadership, strong knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems and hydraulics, fluent English and good Spanish, and

Qualifications

University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Management or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in leadership, team coordination or management roles.
Technical knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems and hydraulics.
Computer literacy and proficiency in standard office applications.
Fluent English and intermediate Spanish.
Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
Valid Category B driving licence.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the branch’s Sales and After-Sales Service teams, promoting collaboration and ensuring that established objectives are achieved.
Plan, implement and monitor the After-Sales commercial strategy, focusing on revenue, profitability, market share and commercial performance.
Manage and monitor business performance, ensuring cost control and the achievement of established targets.
Plan and implement service methodologies, including activity planning, technician segmentation and the development of career progression proposals.
