STET – Sociedade Técnica de Equipamentos e Tractores, SA is seeking a skilled technician to perform repair and maintenance of heavy equipment in the workshop and to prepare gear for delivery to customers. The role includes disassembly and assembly of components, repairing mechanical parts, and conducting preventive maintenance.

Candidates should have a technical qualification in mechanics or electromechanics and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualificações

• 3 years' professional experience in a similar role
• Experience using diagnostic and fault-finding tools
• Good computer skills (user level)
• Knowledge of English (preferred)
• Valid driving licence

Responsibilities

• Perform the repair and maintenance of equipment in the workshop;
• Prepare equipment for delivery to customers;
• Carry out the disassembly and assembly of components;
• Repair mechanical components;
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment;
• Search for and identify equipment components using dedicated technical platforms.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in Mechanics, Electromechanics or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years\' professional experience in a similar role;
• Experience using diagnostic and fault-finding tools;
• Good computer skills (user level);
• Knowledge of English (preferred);
• Availability for flexible working hours and frequent travel within the country (preferred);
• Valid driving licence.
