Compensation & Options

Choose the arrangement that fits your lifestyle best:

• Option A (With Accommodation): €1,259.33/month total gross + up to €200/month monthly performance bonus. Includes your private room and paid utilities.
• Option B (Without Accommodation): €1,320.67/month total gross + up to €200/month monthly performance bonus.

(Package totals include base salary, €154/month tax-free meal allowance, and pro-rated 13th & 14th-month holiday/Christmas pay).

Key Details

• Contract: 12-month renewable contract (clear pathway to permanent tenure after 2 years)
