Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Lisbon is seeking an English-speaking technical support specialist to join our growing customer support team. You will be the go-to expert for users of AI-powered software, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive product improvements.

Role requires proven tech support experience, immediate availability to relocate to Lisbon or be based there, and strong English communication skills.

• Valid work permit or legal right to work in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line and escalated technical support to English-speaking customers via chat, email and phone.
• Troubleshoot issues with AI-powered software, integrations and platform features.
• Diagnose and reproduce bugs, and work with Product and Engineering teams to resolve them.
• Build and improve the internal knowledge base and customer FAQs.
• Deliver excellent customer satisfaction (CSAT) and meet SLA targets.
• Guide customers on product features, workarounds and best practices.
• Spot trends in customer feedback and flag product improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Mandatory

• Proven experience in technical support, tech support or IT helpdesk
• Valid work permit or legal right to work in Portugal
• Based in Lisbon or able to relocate immediately
• Available to start ASAP

Essential Skills

• Fluent/native English, written and spoken (C1 or higher)
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using ticketing systems, CRMs and support software
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly in writing

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI, SaaS or tech products
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk or similar
• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
• Portuguese language skills
