GRiT is seeking a recruitment professional to attract and engage top tech talent across IT roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, design compelling job ads, and proactively source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and Boolean search.

You will assess technical skills and cultural fit via interviews to ensure the best match for our dynamic teams. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of IT recruitment experience and a solid grasp of end-to-end

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of IT recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proven ability to identify and engage talent in competitive markets.
• Experience conducting interviews, assessing both technical and cultural fit.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects effectively.
• Problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and find creative solutions.
