Intermedia in Portugal is seeking a strategic Talent Partner to lead technical recruiting across engineering, cloud infrastructure, security, DevOps, product, and AI-adjacent roles. You will own end-to-end recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and design sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-enabled tools to build a scalable pipeline.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-4 years of proven technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for tech/SaaS/cloud roles.
• Ability to learn and articulate complex AI-related roles.
• Experience with AI-powered sourcing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Act as strategic talent partner for technical recruiting in Portugal.
• Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, cloud, security, DevOps, product, AI roles.
• Understand Intermedia's AI products and cloud tech to attract talent.
• Partner with leaders hiring for AI-driven features and platforms.
• Deliver outstanding candidate experience and brand representation.
• Identify, qualify, and close top technical candidates timely.
• Design sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools.
• Build a high-quality, high-volume pipeline across geographies.
• Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence to leadership.
• Ensure best practices in interview design and evaluation.
• Be primary contact for candidates throughout lifecycle.
• Provide recruiting updates and metrics to stakeholders.
