Noesis Portugal is seeking an IT Talent Acquisition specialist to attract and identify top tech talent. You will manage recruitment processes for IT roles and partner with engineering teams to address hiring needs.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms, conduct interviews, and drive candidate experience while supporting university outreach and process improvements.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting IT profiles.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes.

Mansioni

• Manage recruitment processes for IT roles.
• Work closely with technical teams and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Identify and attract candidates through sourcing channels, including LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Conduct screening interviews and prepare candidate assessment reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through close and transparent communication.
• Participate in recruitment initiatives with universities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes and strategies.
