Landskill is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Portugal. You will attract and identify qualified IT talent through LinkedIn sourcing, conduct interviews, and build lasting relationships to connect talent with opportunity.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in recruitment, strong communication, and fluency in English, with a willingness to work in a hybrid model at the Carnaxide office. This role supports Landskill’s growth and culture of collaboration.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Experience in sourcing candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persistence and proactivity.
• Ambition to be results-oriented.
• Enjoy working in a team.
• Fluent in English.
• Availability for hybrid work - 3 times per week at the Carnaxide office.
