BlueView Talent in Lisbon is seeking a Technical Customer Specialist to be the main contact for customers with technical questions, guiding them through troubleshooting and product support. You will work across channels, document interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues while staying up to date with product updates and procedures.

Qualificações

Dutch language proficiency at C1/C2
English proficiency at B2
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency
Experience in CS or Tech CS is a plus
Strong communication and analytical mindset

Responsabilidades

Provide professional technical support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
Assist customers with technical questions, product functionality, account access, configurations, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and explain technical information clearly.
Document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Stay up to date with product features and procedures.
Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve products and processes.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
