BlueView Talent in Lisbon is seeking a Technical Customer Specialist to be the main contact for customers with technical questions. You will troubleshoot, configure accounts, and provide clear, professional assistance across channels.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Experience in CS or Tech CS is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical mindset and client-support ability.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional technical support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Assist customers with technical questions, product functionality, configurations and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose issues by identifying root causes and provide step-by-step solutions.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting and explain technical information clearly.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Follow technical procedures and company guidelines during interactions.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve products and processes.
• Stay up to date with product features and troubleshooting procedures through training.
