You will source, assess and place specialists on AI, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow and SAP projects, collaborating with hiring managers and the delivery team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience recruiting technology profiles, ideally for multinational clients with operations in Portugal.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in French and English.
• Strong network and sourcing ability across tech communities and platforms.
• Familiarity with the Portuguese labour market, contracts and compensation levels.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruitment for IT consultants, developers, architects and project managers from intake to onboarding.
