Job summary

Concentrix Portugal is seeking a Technical Product Specialist - Digital Ads to support advertisers using our client’s digital advertising products. You will troubleshoot issues, assist customers via email and chat, and help customers maximize the value of advertising tools.

Ideal candidates have a Marketing background with hands-on paid campaigns experience, strong social media knowledge, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Arabic language proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken).
• English proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken).
• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with paid campaign management (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of social media and digital advertising.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or with an Advertising Technology company.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enjoy solving problems and working with technology.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical and product-related issues.
• Supporting advertisers through email and chat.

• Working closely with Product Operations and Technical teams to resolve complex queries.

What are we looking for?
