A Datahouse, líder suíço em dados e software, abre vaga para Tech Lead na plataforma imobiliária Wüest Dimensions. Esta posição, sediada em Lisboa, oferece ambiente técnico desafiador e oportunidades de desenvolvimento profissional.

Responsabilidades: analisar requisitos, desenhar arquiteturas escaláveis, liderar equipas técnicas e colaborar com Product Owners. Requisitos incluem 5+ anos em software, gestão de ciclos de vida, Docker/Kubernetes e inglês fluente.

Qualifikationen

• Formação universitária em Engenharia de Software ou Ciências da Computação.
• ≥5 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento de software, incluindo ≥1 ano em projeto complexo de longo prazo.
• Experiência em liderar equipas técnicas e em aplicações conteinerizadas (Docker/Kubernetes, etc.).
• Experiência com Git/Bitbucket e PRs.
• Bom conhecimento de metodologias ágeis, especialmente SCRUM.
• Pessoa organizada, com espírito de equipa ágil e forte capacidade analítica.
• Inglês fluente, escrito e falado.

• Desenhar arquitetura de software eficiente, escalável e de alta qualidade.
• Colaborar com Product Owners e parceiros de negócio para clarificar requisitos.

Your Responsibilities

As Tech Lead Wüest Dimensions, you contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented environment and take responsibility for the following areas:

• Requirements Analysis & Software Development: Understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into innovative software solutions.


• Design & Development: Design efficient, scalable, and high-quality software architectures that align with the company’s objectives.


• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners and Business Partners to clarify, refine, and enhance requirements while fostering an open culture of knowledge sharing within and across teams.


• Technical Expertise: Lead your team with your technical know-how and grow together with a diverse group of leaders.

Qualifikationen

Your Profile

• Completed university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field


• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development (including at least one year in a complex, long-term project)


• Proven experience in leading technical teams as well as in designing and operating containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, OpenShift, etc.)


• Experience in managing the development lifecycle, particularly with Git/BitBucket and working with pull requests


• Good knowledge of agile development methods, especially SCRUM


• Highly organized team player with an agile mindset and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
