Job summary
Datahouse AG is seeking a Tech Lead Wüest Dimensions to guide software development and engineering across cross-functional teams. You will translate business needs into robust software, design scalable architectures, and encourage best practices in containerized environments.
You will collaborate with Product Owners and Business Partners, lead technically, and mentor colleagues while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Completed university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and designing/operating containerized applications.
- Experience with Git/Bitbucket and pull requests workflows.
- Strong knowledge of agile development methods, especially SCRUM.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.

- Analyze requirements and translate them into innovative software solutions.
- Design scalable, high-quality software architectures aligned with company objectives.
